Airefil VPP Industrial Panel filters are washable panels of layered durable synthetic medias sandwiched between welded wire mesh. The structure is corrugated to increase surface area and retained in a steel channel frame to provide rigidity. The VPP/1 consists of a single corrugated layer in a 22mm frame while the VPP/2 is made from two layers at right angles in a 44mm frame. The VPP/S has a double middle-layer of filter media. The middle layer becomes electrostatically charged when air flows through it. This charge enables the media to capture light sub-micron particles.
Applications
Airefil VPP Industrial Panel Filters are designed for pre-filtration in heavy industrial air applications. They will sustain washing up to 300 times! Their very low pressure drop makes them ideal for applications with low pressure cooling fans. VPP filters are particularly efficient for lightweight dust particles found on timber-mill and paper-mill sites. The VPP/1 and VPP/S may be used as filters for smaller air-conditioning units and are particularly applicable with high dust loads.

Airefil 101PP Industrial Panel filters are washable panels, consisting of three filtration layers between welded galvanised steel wire mesh in a steel channel frame. The outside filter layers are durable woven polypropylene while the middle layer is a special polymer which becomes electrostatically charged as air flows through it. This electrostatic charge captures small particles, which would pass through other G3 media.
Applications
Airefil 101PP Industrial Panel Filters are designed for general air filtration or pre-filtration in industrial air systems. They will sustain washing up to 300 times! They are well suited as compressor prefilters and filtration of cooling air into electrical and electronic equipment. They are particularly good for controlling carbon dust as given off by large generators. They can be used on cooling towers and with humidification systems. They can be used as a de-mister where fine mist or rain is likely to penetrate the air intake.

GT2 COALESCER FILTER PANE
In coastal areas the GT2 Coalescer Filter Panel may be used in the air intake systems of high rise buildings, hospitals and the likes. Used in 2 or 3 stage storm louvre systems to remove salt water spray from the air. In desert areas the GT2 Coalescer Filter Panel may be used in like manner to remove dust particles from the air. It is easily cleanable and reusable.
A-P WASHABLE PANELS
Airefil AVP, ADP and AXP Washable Panel Filters are manufactured from materials originally designed for use in heavy industrial environments. Whether used in heavy industrial environments or in commercial installations such as hospitals, universities, high rise buildings and supermarkets, they are built for problem free, long life operation.
VGM FLAMEPROOF
Airefil VGM Flameproof Filter Panels are rated for high temperature and comprise a flame retardant media sandwiched between welded galvanised steel mesh. The VGM is fully washable and is ideal in applications where high dust loading may degrade equipment and its performance. With a temperature rating of 500°C, these filters are perfect for temperature intake systems.
HSP / HSG AIR CON
The Airefil HSP / HSG range of filters have a reduced thickness of 12mm, and are designed to fit into small air conditioning units, such as those used in offices. They and are easily cleaned with cold water and Airefil filter cleaning fluid. We also have a flameproof option available. All the HSP / HSG range are cleanable a few hundred times, making them the cost effective option for small air conditioning units.
