AIREFIL WG GREASE FILTERS
Grease Filters are designed to prevent grease from cooking areas entering ventilation ducts. Failure to use an efficient grease filter can result in unseemly odours in the ducting caused by unhygienic grease deposits, and will increase fire risks throughout ducting. These units are built robust to last, and are ideal for commercial kitchens, restaurants and canteens. Cleanable in detergent and hot water. Available in galvanised or stainless steel.
FLAMEGARD GREASE FILTERS
Flamegard Grease Filters are made in USA to stringent standards and are constructed of either aluminium or stainless steel. During cooking processes, water vapour mixed with evaporated fat or oil is released into the air. These particles are called aerosols. The grease filter is designed to precipitate aerosols out of the airstream. These aerosols drip down into a grease trough and then into a collection chamber.
